• Preventing unauthorized access to their servers and accounts.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on XMB Hosting infrastructure:

• Unauthorized access to computer systems, servers or accounts.
• Hacking, unauthorized penetration testing or exploitation of third-party systems.
• Malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious software.
• Phishing, credential theft or fraudulent activity.
• Distributed denial-of-service attacks or participation in DDoS attacks.
• Port scanning or network activity targeting systems without authorization.
• Cryptocurrency mining that violates the applicable service limitations or creates unacceptable resource usage.
• Spam or unauthorized bulk messaging.
• Hosting content intended to facilitate illegal activity.
• Distribution of stolen, compromised or unlawfully obtained data.
• Activities that infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.

4. Abuse & Security

Customers must not use XMB Hosting infrastructure to attack, compromise or interfere with systems belonging to XMB Hosting, our customers or third parties.

If a customer's service is compromised and is being used for malicious activity, XMB Hosting may temporarily restrict the affected service while investigating and resolving the issue.

Customers are expected to take reasonable steps to secure their servers, including keeping software, plugins and applications updated.

5. Game Servers

XMB Hosting allows customers to operate supported game servers, including Minecraft servers, subject to the requirements of the applicable game and service.

Customers are responsible for:

• Their server configuration.
• Installed plugins, mods and software.
• Content distributed through their server.
• Compliance with applicable game publisher rules and licensing requirements.
• Ensuring their server does not participate in attacks or malicious network activity.

6. Network Usage

XMB Hosting network resources are provided for legitimate hosting purposes.

Customers must not intentionally generate abnormal traffic, abuse network capacity or attempt to circumvent network security controls.

Network activity that creates a significant risk to infrastructure or other customers may be investigated and restricted.

7. Hosted Content

Customers are responsible for all content stored, uploaded or distributed through their services.

Content must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not violate the rights of third parties.

XMB Hosting may act upon valid legal requests, abuse reports or other circumstances requiring intervention under applicable law.

8. Resource Usage

Hosting plans include defined CPU, RAM, storage and network resources. Customers must use those resources in accordance with their purchased service.

Persistent or abnormal resource usage that negatively affects infrastructure or other customers may result in investigation or reasonable restrictions.

Customers may be contacted if their service requires an upgrade or configuration change to operate safely and reliably.

9. Policy Enforcement

XMB Hosting may investigate suspected violations of this policy.

Depending on the severity and circumstances, actions may include:

• Warning or request for corrective action.
• Temporary service restriction.
• Suspension of affected services.
• Termination of services or accounts.
• Reporting activity to relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.

XMB Hosting will consider the nature, severity and circumstances of an alleged violation when determining an appropriate response.

10. Abuse Reports

If you believe an XMB Hosting service is being used for malicious or unlawful activity, please contact our support team with relevant details.

Providing useful information such as the affected domain, IP address, timestamps and description of the suspected activity can help us investigate the report.

11. Policy Changes

XMB Hosting may update this Acceptable Use Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our services, infrastructure, security requirements or applicable laws.
