2. Services

XMB Hosting provides game server hosting and related hosting services, including Minecraft server hosting and other supported game hosting solutions.

Service specifications, available resources, pricing and features may vary depending on the plan selected by the customer.

XMB Hosting reserves the right to modify, improve or discontinue services when reasonably necessary.

3. Customer Accounts

Customers must provide accurate and current information when creating an XMB Hosting account.

Customers are responsible for:

• Keeping their account credentials secure.
• Preventing unauthorized access to their account.
• Providing accurate billing information.
• All activity performed through their account.

Customers must notify XMB Hosting if they believe their account has been compromised.

4. Payments & Billing

Services must be paid for according to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, services are only provisioned after successful payment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information remains valid and that invoices are paid when due.

5. Renewals

Where recurring billing is enabled, the service may renew according to the selected billing period.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring sufficient funds are available for renewal.

Customers who do not wish to continue a service should cancel it before the next billing period where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

XMB Hosting services must only be used for lawful and legitimate purposes.

Customers must not use our infrastructure for:

• Hacking or unauthorized access.
• Malware or malicious software.
• Phishing or credential theft.
• DDoS attacks or malicious network activity.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Spam or abusive bulk messaging.
• Distribution of unlawfully obtained data.
• Activities that violate applicable laws.

7. Customer Content

Customers retain responsibility for the content, files, software, plugins, mods and data they store or distribute through their services.

Customers must ensure that their content does not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights or third-party rights.

XMB Hosting does not assume ownership of customer content merely by providing hosting services.

8. Resource Usage

Each hosting plan includes defined resources, such as RAM, CPU, storage and network capacity.

Customers must operate their services within the reasonable limits of their selected plan.

Excessive or abnormal resource consumption that negatively impacts infrastructure or other customers may require investigation, configuration changes or an upgrade.

9. Suspension & Termination

XMB Hosting may suspend or terminate a service when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Non-payment or overdue invoices.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Security threats.
• Illegal activity.
• Serious abuse of infrastructure.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, XMB Hosting may provide notice before taking action. Immediate action may be taken when required to protect infrastructure, customers or third parties.

10. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable product, billing terms and refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Customers should review the applicable refund conditions before purchasing a service.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically guarantee a refund.

11. Service Availability

XMB Hosting aims to provide reliable and highly available hosting infrastructure.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, network incidents, attacks, third-party dependencies, customer configuration or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where applicable, service availability and potential service credits are governed by the XMB Hosting Service Level Agreement.

12. Third-Party Services

XMB Hosting services may interact with third-party software, applications, game platforms, plugins, mods or external services.

XMB Hosting is not responsible for changes, outages, incompatibilities or restrictions introduced by third-party providers.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that third-party software used on their servers is properly licensed and compatible with their service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XMB Hosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their important data.

XMB Hosting does not guarantee that customer data will never be lost, corrupted or inaccessible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Changes to These Terms

XMB Hosting may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our services, business operations, security requirements or applicable laws.

The latest version published on this page represents the current Terms applicable to XMB Hosting services.

Continued use of our services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
